Mentor Graphics Acquires VeriBest; Strengthens Leadership in Printed Circuit
Board Design Software WILSONVILLE, Ore today announced that Mentor Graphics
has acquired Intergraph's VeriBest subsidiary. Terms of the deal were not
disclosed.

"VeriBest has excellent EDA products and technologies that are complementary
to Mentor's. We see the expansion of our product line to include their
strong offerings as a win for customers, and plan to continue to offer their
