Hi Scott !


Aperture size : See Phillips, " IC Package Databook",  Phillips
Semiconductors,  page 5 - 2 , it states that dimensions
of the openings should be about 10 % smaller than those of the lands (  see
the tolerances
in paste printing process )  We are happy with this recommendation.
