We are an executive search firm in the Dallas/Richardson, Texas area. We
specialize in Telephony/Telecommunications search.

A client of ours is currently looking for individuals with the following
experience:

Experienced Module Design Engineer.

Candidate must be able to perform high frequency digital circuit design.
Engineering position requires candidate to combine several high frequency
semi-custom and full-custom Integrated circuits onto multi-layer printed
circuit boards utilizing terminated transmission lines, and surface-mount
packaging.  Understanding of micro-strip and other transmission line
configurations is necessary.  The circuits encountered will propagate
digital signals in excess of 2.4GHz. Knowledge and experience with SONET
signals, particularly OC12, OC48, and OC192 is highly desirable.  Candidate
must work with ASIC and software development teams as well as manufacturing
and test organizations.

Module Design Engineer.

Candidate must be able to perform digital circuit design.  Engineering position
requires candidate to combine several semi-custom and full-custom integrated
circuits onto multi-layer printed circuit boards utilizing terminated
transmission lines, and surface-mount packaging.  Knowledge and experience
with SONET signals, particularly OC3 and OC12 is highly desirable.
Knowledge and experience with VHDL and FPGA technology also very desirable.
Candidate must work with ASIC and software development teams as well as
manufacturing and test organizations.
