 Meeting Announcement!


 The Orange County IPC Designer's Council is pleased to announce a
 special DFM presentation:

 "What are the biggest manufacturing challenges facing board shops,
 and how do these relate to Design for Manufacturing (DFM)? "

 by Terry Bice, Board Member of Circuit Express, Inc.

 Terry Bice has 30 years of experience in the electronics and printed
 circuit board industry.  Located in Tempe, Arizona, Circuit Express,
 Inc. specializes in prototype quick-turn manufacturing and has been
 in business since 1987.   Mr. Bice bought Circuit Express, Inc. in
 1993, and during his tenure the company has increased revenues
 from $1 million per year to $8.5 million for 2002.  During that same
 period he has guided the company ' s advancing technological capabilities.

 Prior to purchasing Circuit Express, Inc. Mr. Bice was the president
 of Dynamic Details, Inc., one of the largest quick-turn, prototype, printed

 circuit board shops in the United States.


 Reserve a space on your calendar for May 16th from 11:30 to 2:00 at
 the Mentor Graphics office in  Irvine, California.  Lunch will be provided.

 IPC Designers Council Members will be admitted free of charge,
 Non-Members will be asked to contribute a $5.00 donation at the door.
 Contributors will get a $5.00 discount applied to their membership should
 they decide to join the IPC Designers Council at the event.
