Joe,
        There isn't enough information supplied to make any solid
recommendations.  For example how much power is A LOT?  Also, where in the
assembly is this PWB?  Is it in a card cage or mounted to a chassis frame?
What is the operating environment?  What type of devices are you mounting
(TO-3, TO-220, bare chips, etc)? Answers to these questions will help you
decide on an approach.
