Hello fellow IPC Members and Friends,

San Diego Chapter of the IPC Designers Council are pleased to present the
following:


Joeseph Fjelstad
"How to Implement Flexible Circuits into Your Products" - a review of key
material and design considerations that significantly impact flex circuit
design success"

Joseph Fjelstad is an international consultant and innovator in the field of
electronic interconnection and packaging technologies, holding more than 60
U.S. patents. He is the author of "An Engineer's Guide to Flexible Circuits"
and author or co-author of several other books and numerous technical papers
and articles. In addition, he writes the monthly column "Flexible Thinking"
for Circuitree Magazine. Joe is also a frequent presentor of PCB and flex
circuit technology seminars at major industry conferences.


The meeting will be on 01/21/02 at the Hyatt Regency, San Diego

IPC Designers Council Members will be admitted free of charge, Non-Members
will be asked to contribute a $5.00 donation at the door. Contributors will
get a $5.00 discount applied to their membership should they decide to join
the IPC Designers Council at the event.

Directions

From San Diego Int'l Airport (3 miles): Follow signs to Harbor
Drive/Downtown San Diego. Continue on Harbor Drive south along the
waterfront (past Broadway) as it turns to the left in front of Seaport
Village. Turn right at Market Place into the hotel's main entrance.
