Jack,
My feeling is that you will get more bang for the buck at the PCB Design
Conference. The IPC Conference will cover more topics in manufacturing. The
PCB conference is aimed more at the pcb designer.
But looking at the geographical locations at the two events... Long Beach
has the Queen Mary... The Great American Theme Park in Santa Clara is always
closed during PCB Design West.

Are any of you able to provide a comparison between the
IPC Conference and the PCB Design Conference?

I am only able to attend one event per year
(if that. This year my boss...
...well, that's a different discussion)

anyway, I've only attended the PCB Design Conference,
and I would hate to miss it, I don't suppose anyone has
ever suggested that IPC and PC Design magazine shake
hands and have ONE conference?
Well, maybe that's a different discussion too...

OKAY, can anyone COMPARE them?

Jack,
the "one training event per year" guy
