I am not RF engineer either, I interlibrary borrowed the same book,
I also borrowed "Noise Reduction Techniques in Electronic Systems" by Ott,
and Mark Montrose's EMC for Board Design, all 3 have been very
useful reading material.

You can find the ISBN numbers from Amazon if you decide to borrow the
books first before you decide to buy. The Black Magic books is not bad
at all, and the EMC book from Montrose is not bad at all either. I would
not call Ott's book looser either, but it is more for the electronics design
engineer than for board designer, but for electronics designer that also
designs his/her own boards, it is not totally useless reading, as it has
pretty good differential techniques to read about.
