As for board outlines,  If you have been using Pads PowerPCB for some time &
have access to the 2.0.1 version CD you will find what you are probably
looking for.  On the CD look in the :\CADPRO\STDBOARD directory.  There you
will find many different  board types including PCI board outlines.  I did
not see the directory or files on the 2.1 release so I'm not sure if they
are current to the latest spec but it is a start.
