Hi Ron,

        You bet you can.  The configuration is called "microstrip".  The
calculations are not so easy but there are several good calculators that
can be found on the web.  We have free one at www.ultracad.com but there
are others.  It's always a good idea to talk to your fab house too to get
their feedback.  They can give you tight material spec's and help you at
the front end with your design rules.
