Hi all,

Got a couple quick concerns:

1) Are people still calling out "interpret drawing per mil-std-100" on
their fab drawings? Is there an IPC equiv?

2) How are you all spec'ng out testing for isolation resistance? There
is an ongoing question whether we need to have the boards tested for
trace isolation as well as opens, shorts, etc.
