Hello Dennis:
There are 45 locations in the US with Theda("The Electronics Design
Automation" Tool Set) Design seats ranging from 2 licenses to 45 licenses
per location.  Such notable companies like Robert Bosch, MI, Lockheed, CA,
Marconi, OH, Rockwell A/B, OH, and others.

It is currently owned by Zuken who purchased Incases in 2000, and is
migrating users to it's Board Integrity solution with license swapping and
data translations.  There are a number of service bureaus who support this
technology and will be able to handle legacy files during any migration
scheme.  If you want added data about Theda contact Bob Gillette, Zuken USA
Inc., at [log in to unmask]  I would be glad to answer any questions about
Theda.
