Bill,
That was the one I was looking at, I think it is the 2007 release which has HDI and Lead-free.
Generally I would like a reference book for the purpose to help with that once in a while question and or questions that there isn't an easy answer too.

There is a newer version of the COOMBS PCB handbook and it has a new section on HDI as well...
I bought mine from Amazon... but I'm sure it's available through other channels.
