Here's one way...

6. CLEANLINESS OF ASSEMBLY MUST BE VERIFIED PRIOR TO CONFORMAL COATING
USING AN OMEGA METER 600 SMD OR EQUIVALENT HEATED IONOGRAPH. MAXIMUM
CONTAMINATION SHALL NOT EXCEED 1ug/cm NaCl. CLEANLINESS CAPABILITY PROOF
MUST BE PROVIDED AT PPAP SUBMISSION AND RECORDS MUST BE MAINTAINED FOR EACH
SHIFT TO COMPLY WITH IPC-A-610.

Forgive me if this has been covered before, but we are having a problem
with clenliness of boards.
We use surface contact pads, and they appear to have flux residue.
I am looking for a note of clenliness that I can add. Any input?
