Don,

We have one board in our system with double sided BGA's. 29x29 depop.
Our assy shop employs a Summit (SRT) rework station. This station
heats the board, under the BGA, and directly on top of the BGA.

Ask me some specifics and I'll reply.

p.s. You will most likely need to fixture one side when reflowing the other
side to keep parts from falling off upon initial assy.
