Hey Gary!
To take the definition revolving around printed components
one step further:
IMO if you are working with transmission lines, differential
impedance, co-planar waveguide, picket fencing, low-noise or
high-power considerations, embedded capacitance, buried
resistance, or etched inductors then you are working with a
printed circuit. Otherwise you are working with printed
wiring, of which there is still plenty in the world.
