Try the calculator from Saturn PCB.
<http://www.saturnpcb.com/Software.htm> It is fairly accurate and with a
minimum of de-rating you should be able to find a via setting that will
work for your application.

Subject: [DC] Carrying current through a via
How would one calculate how big a via hole has to be in order to carry
enough current through it to meet the load requirements?
I have a 4 layer, 2 oz, .062 thick, board that needs to carry 3 amps
through a via, (via barrel platting of .001). I can not find any
information that will help calculate how big the hole needs to be to
accommodate this.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Colleen
