Just checking, we have a board that we assembled in house and as it was transferred to a CM they are citing that the SMD is too close to a mounting hole... I'm aware that CM want the biggest door to walk through, however is there an IPC standard for this..? Or should they be setting the torque for the hardware, basically the screw used..? any incite would be helpful…
SMD to:
* hole wall
* pad
* hardware (screw head and or washer)
