Scott:

We use a number of potting materials.  Some are epoxy based that make it a
little more difficult to get to the circuitry than a silicone-based material and
we ause silicon-based materials.  The epoxy materials we use are manufactured by
Hysol (the same guys that make some of the soldermasks PCB shops use).

manufacturers and part numbers.  All of the materials we use are two-part
product, measured by volume (except on that is by weight).
