Hi
you please contact multicore. they have a flux named
no clean flux. that may suit your application. there
are three type of fluxes in regular
1. type r ie. water white rosin flux
2. type rma ie. rosin with mildely activated by acids.
3. tpe ra ie. rosin with moderately activated by
acids.

if you use type 2 or 3, i expects corrosion on the
device leads. type 1 will not leave any corrosive
materials but will absorb moisture, dust and further
lead to corrosion. the bag you have told in the mail
is not clear to me.
