Well, IMHO, after using a few, P-CAD, ACCEL EDA, Orcad, PADS since 1985,
sch entry to pcb board is the correct ideal. I suggest from the 4 I've
used, PADS won't do what you need. P-CAD is dos-based. ACCEL EDA and
Orcad are Win95 based and have very good tools to track the sch to the
pcb database.
