Hello All-
Was I dreaming or did I read somewhere that everything we thought we knew
is BS; that temp. rise is actually lower for inner layers than for
external, and that all our charts and calculators are conservative?

I'm doing a a small multi-layer pcb that is moving 70A around. What I was
wondering is.... would it be safe to use the external calc's for internal
layers? There'd sorta still be a little scientifical backup that way....
