   I've been requested to maintain and update several designs that were
generated on Cadstar and PADS. Does anyone have any reliable resources who can:

 1. Convert designs from CADSTAR or PADS to Mentor. This would include
schematic generation.

 2. Maintain on site several PCB designs that have been entered
in CADSTAR or PADS.

 3. Maintain off site several PCB designs that have been entered
in CADSTAR or PADS.

 4. Provide reliable software to make conversions.
