What is the intended use? If you want to use those printed capacitors
for high frequency applications mind the transmission line behaviour
of those structures.

That's a useful document, but it is not about "printed capacitance," per
se, but about the usage of distributed plane capacitance to supplement or
replace discrete bypass capacitors....
