instructors to teach seminars/workshops covering the following topics
related to PCB in general and burn-in-boards (BIB) in particular: 1.
Project methodology, Definition, How to drive technology , 2. Advanced PCB
Design rules, SI, handler dimension & tolerance, stack-up, decoupling &
modeling , 3. BIB PCB technology & manufacturing process, what are the IPC
test methods, test socket/tooling qualification methodology, how to design
