A friend told me this tip, thought I'd share it with you !

Of course you have to be using Netscape 4.5 and above.

If you want to get rid of that annoying Netcenter page everytime you
start
Netscape mail up, please do the following:

1.  Close all of Netscape window.
2.  Edit the prefs.js file in c:\Program Files\Netscape\Users\{karl} -->

    {your login or profile}
3.  Add the following line:
        user_pref("mailnews.start_page.enabled", false);
4.  Save the file.
5.  Restart Netscape mail.
