This is the design guide I follow, that was specified to me by a vendor.
 It is not based on any standard that I know of, but it has worked
perfectly everytime so far (meaning many many times).

On a .062" board, the 30 degree score cut in from both sides is .021"
deep, leaving a center section .020 +/- .004".  I leave .030" free space
from the score edge.  On the .031" boards that I do, the numbers are
halved, except for the tolerance.
