You are correct, those are just two of the many files I have.  We 
have actually been able to open it with a free mentor viewer.  I now 
need to work on getting it converted to PADS.

I only need the top and bottom layers converted, as well as the 
silkscreen and parts.  I need to recreate the Teradyne IP750 tester 
board.  This one is a previous job and I need to do a new job in 
PADS, so I need the tester template.

Any good suggestions for conversion companies is greatly appreciated.
