                 THREE RIVERS DESIGNER COUNCIL MEETING
     
     Dieter Bergman, President of IPC, will attend the Three Rivers 
     Designers Council meeting this month to discuss IPC affiliation. This 
     is our chance to learn the in's and out's of becoming an "Official IPC 
     Chapter"! We will discuss dues, testing, and the benefits of IPC 
     affiliation.
     
     The meeting will be held at the HOLIDAY INN NORTH. The address:
