Hello Lum Wee Mei,

That depends on the type of capacitor, so not a simple answer.
If electrolytic (aluminium or tantalum)would most likely be polarised,
(although you can get special non-polarised electrolytics for audio
circuits in fairly high values).
Highest value that I've seen for a ceramic un-polarised capacitor is
1uF.
Lowest value I've seen for a polarised tantalum is 0.1uF.
Usually above 1uF they will be polarised, but you need to know what is
intended.

regards,

Phil.

Someone care to reply me from what capacitor value would there the
polarity be present?

Thanks and regards
