Use mm units in your layout and route on a metric grid. It makes life
MUCH easier when working with devices whose pins are on mm pitch.

I need to get some instruction on doing BGA designs.  Does anyone know
of a class for this.  I have already downloaded design guides from
Xilinx, Motorola, Intel, Altera and ordered a couple of things from IPC.
Anything else I need to know?
