Thanks for the background on Table 6-1, Dieter!

I still maintain that those numbers were intended as minimums ACROSS a
laminate (creepage)
and that the minimum THROUGH a laminate should be smaller.
I just don't know where to go to get that number

The material slash sheets list HUGE numbers,
but I don't think they were intended to be used as design parameters
