post this for those who may have missed it.  Last Thursday, Senator
Frank Lautenberg introduced the "Safe Chemicals Act of 2010", which is
an overhaul of the TSCA Law to make it more like the REACH regulation.

I have not read it yet (the proposed text is 169 pages long).  I will
