Hello again,

It appears from your follow-up message that you have a limited number of
chemicals that you just want to check if they are regulated. Many of the
sites mentioned previously by myself and others also allow you to search by
chemical name (to see if it appears on any lists regulated by the
particular agency).

I didn't mention this in my previous Email, but if you go to the the U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) web site located at

http://www.access.gpo.gov/nara/cfr/index.html

you can also enter the names or CAS (chemical abstract service) numbers of
the chemical constituents into the keyword search box. This EPA search
engine will then identify any United States Federal environmental
regulations pertaining to these chemicals.

You may also want to check the United States Federal Occupational Safety
and Health Administration (OSHA) lists ... this web site is located at
http://www.osha.gov (one of the sites that Kelly White of Hadco had on
her list of internet sites that she posted to IPC ComplianceNet). As you
may already be aware of, OSHA regulates worker safety/exposures, unlike EPA
which is primarily concerned with environment issues.

In addition to EPA and OSHA, the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT)
site has information on chemicals regulated during
shipping/transportation... this web site is located at http://www.dot.gov

Your Email address seems to indicate that your company may be in Singapore.
If so, you may also want look at the Singapore Department of Industrial
Health Web site located at http://www.gov.sg/mom/dih/dih.html as well as
the Singapore Ministry of the Environment web site located at
http://www.gov.sg/env/

Good Luck!
