We're developing a consortium of assembly companies in NH and northern MA
to recycle the clear PVC IC tubes/holders.

Is anyone doing this currently?  How do you deal with the paper labels and
non-pvc end plugs?

We plan on approaching the IC manufacturer to see if they'll change their
tube design to have crimped ends versus this non-pvc plugs.  Has anyone
ever approached the IC manufacturers with this request before?
